Rathish VM looks into Tripazo’s sales, finance and business administration activities. Handles legal aspects of the firm and also deals with its user experience aspects. He is currently working as an Incident Manager at Cisco Systems, Inc., Bangalore. He also serves as the Vice President – Education of the Cisco Communication Club, thanks to his association with the Toastmaster International which has made him evolve into the go-to person that he is, for all the public-speaking lessons. He has about 14 years of experience in the IT industry, only fuels his passion for venturing into some unconventional journeys, lie those annual vacations among the mighty Himalayan ranges that he sets into, not for a spiritual sojourn, but for a ‘one with nature’ experience that rejuvenated his mind, body, and soul.

Dev heads Tripazo’s technical team, product, engineering, ensuring a strong digital platform that powers the experience of travelers and TripaZo partners alike. He is expert in the Cloud Computing domain and responsible for keeping a giant portion of the Worlds biggest Hybrid Cloud Deployments up and running. A highly tech-savvy person, Dev takes immense pleasure in exploring and staying abreast with the ever-evolving technological advancements and implementing them effectively for outstanding customer experience. However, that doesn’t hold him from unplugging himself from the technical world and rewinding with some exquisite vacations. Dev is indeed a perfect amalgamation of a technical nerd and a travel geek.

Abhinav is associated with Tripazo’s technological and marketing activities. He has over 10 years of IT experience and a vast knowledge of all emerging technologies to his credit, making him our other techie demi-God, after Dev, But this strong association with gadgets has not subdued the human in him, and he is frequently involved in conducting medical camps for the underprivileged, in association with his father. He is also known among his acquaintances for his witty sense of humor and passion for music. His idea of unwinding is venturing out on long drives and extensive travels; the corollary being an in-depth understanding of the requirements of our customers- the travelers, helping him develop right strategies for marketing our services.

Madhav Gudi handles our Human Resources requirements. As a person who’s always focused on what one could offer to the world at large and strive to provide with right opportunities to right people, he has been the solder of our team and the fall-back person during the team’s testing times. Madhav also handles Tripazo’s sales division and fashions strategies to promote our organizational sales. Madhav had worked as an Operations Manager with Cisco Systems, Inc., Bangalore and successfully implemented several challenging projects during the tenure.
