Our main features
eCap Till
Loyalty Feature has been introduced for providing rewards to the customers.
The wallet icon has been introduced in order to redeeem the Loyalty Points.
Sales of the Add Ons (Modifiers) added to the items can be viewed in the Sales section. Generate to PDF and Excel options are available.
Order wise Add On (Modifier) item sales can be viewed in the sales section ,Generate to PDF and Excel options are available.
Bill wise revenue now shows the Advance Paid and Other Charges.
The Part Payments screen is now facilitated with the Date Filters.
The electronic bill is available when we click the Print Button. The bill will be saved in the cloud for online customers. This feature is not for offline customers.
The advance option allows to select the date at which the payment was performed.
Consolidated sales by halls report have been introduced which gives the overall business on a particular day for every individual hall.
Consolidated sales report now shows loyalty , advance and item wise modifier sales for a particular day.
The daily closing sales option now allows to print category and items reports based on user requirement.
The bill wise revenue option now allows to reopen a closed bill based on access control.
The auto refresh option is now made available in the dashboard screen.
The dashboard now shows the zones customised by the restaurants for placing orders.
The cancelled bill dialog option now shows the reason for cancellation.
Banquet Bill option is now newly introduced which facilitates the order booking and linking items to the booking.
The item selection screen now allows to add open item directly instead of entering in the admin master screen.
The user can modify the price of the item in the item selection screen while adding the item and this will be reflected in the bill print and respective reports.
Generate PDF is now made available for the Item wise revenue report.
The item tiles in item selection screen now allows to differentiate the veg and non-veg items.
The Add/Edit expenses option has the facility to upload the image of the bills or receipts.
Items bumped in the kitchen section are shown in the bell icon on the top right corner.
Part payments option is used to pay a part amount for any bill/receipt.
A bill can be split into many sub bills in order to distribute among the same customer/order number.
View KOT button on the dashboard screen allows the user in the Cash counter to see the current KOT's and historical KOT's.
Items which have crossed the threshold time is shown on the bell icon on the top right corner.
eCap Captain - Mobile Application
Loyalty feature is introduced to provide reward points.

The dashboard screen shows the graph of overall total amount credited and debited on any particular day.
The customer loyalty report shows the amount credited and debited and it has search filters.
The loyalty and the membership master screen allows to configure loyalty points for particular bill amount.
The customer graph shows the amount credited and debited for every individual customer.
eCap Inventory
The option to upload the image is available in the raise purchased order screen.
The upload image can be viewed in the Received goods screen and in the view stock history report.
eCap CRM
The campaign option now allows to send sms to customers who last ordered less than one year.
The dashboard screen shows the old and new customer ratio graph for particular time period.
The dashboard screen shows the daily customer statistics and the revenue obtained from online sources.
eCap IT
The option to take backup of the databases is now available.
The customised zone can be created and edited in the zone option.
The category can be customised for each zone.
The pricing of each item can be separately configured for each zone.
eCap Feedback
The overall customer rating is now shown in the dashboard screen.
The sms and email can be send to the unsatisfied customers once the engage now button is clicked.
The feedback statistics graph shows the feedback obtained every day, week, month and year.
Daily Guest report with the items ordered can be seen in the PDF format.
eCap Online Orders
The merchant settings option allows to configure the Online partners [Aggregators].

eCap Reservation
The dashboard screen allows to enter the notes for the reservation order and can view it once saved.
eCap POS
The Online orders placed in the Swiggy and Zomato will be now notified in the Dashboard screen.
The Swiggy and Zomato will be notified whether the online orders will be processed by using the store ON/OFF option available in Online Orders Option.
The item selection screen and the outstanding bills now have the facility to save the advance.
